You will lead by example in sales, service and operations, coach teammates, and ensure safety, brand standards and efficiency during opening and closing routines.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to drive team performance.
