Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to coach staff in real time.
• Strong communication and adaptability to varied shifts.

Aufgaben

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team on action plans to improve results.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments and interpret directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift as associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create connections with customers by uncovering needs and making recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance and accountability.
• All store positions require physical activity including standing, walking, reaching and lifting.
• Associates may climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and engagement; uphold company policies.
