Bath & Body Works is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the front line of our field leadership, driving store performance and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing opening and closing routines, and guiding daily operations to support growth while maintaining a safe, engaging store atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
