Bath & Body Works in Dayton, OH is seeking a Sales Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager. You will develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and help drive store growth with a customer-first mindset.

You'll lead, coach, and motivate a team, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure safety and store presentation while building a warm, engaging shopping environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to supervise retail staff and lead a team.
• Strong customer-focused selling culture and communication skills.
• Willingness to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Flexibility to work peak days and varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operations.
• Handle opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily goals and direction for the team as shifts begin.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store appearance.
