Job summary

This role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage opening/closing routines, motivate teams, and maintain a safe, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to drive results.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain store appearance and standards.
