Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Canton, OH is seeking a Supervisory leader to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store growth.

You will lead by example, coach and motivate teams, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure safe, engaging, high-energy shopping environments for customers every day. This role requires flexibility with shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to coach in-the-moment and de-escalate customer situations.
• Willingness to work peak days/times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address operational issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execution.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily shift direction and provide feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain store appearance.
