You will lead recruiting, coaching, and performance feedback, while guiding daily operations, banking, shipments, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience, vendor, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance and accountability.
