Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to coach in the moment.
• Strong communication and adaptability across teams.
• Ability to manage store operations and daily routines.
• Willingness to work peak days/times including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling skills.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs-based recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Reinforce selling expectations and accountability with all associates.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a clean, engaging store environment.
