You will lead store operations, coach teams, manage opening/closing routines, and drive results while upholding our values and ensuring a safe, engaging shopper environment.

This role requires strong communication, coaching, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility for peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Able to foster a customer-focused selling culture and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Lead opening and closing routines including deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Set daily goals and provide performance feedback to managers.
