Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to collaborate with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the frontline leader, combining brand ambassadors spirit with strong selling and operational skills to drive store growth.

You will lead by example, coach teams, manage daily tasks, and ensure the store reflects our values while delivering consistent, high-quality service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer-experience results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or operational issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and improve results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, bank deposits, and disseminate company directives.
• Lead in-store selling through exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and visual standards in the store.
