Job summary

You’ll recruit and coach talent, manage opening/closing routines, and collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to execute plans that elevate performance while maintaining safe, engaging store environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Set daily direction for the team and give performance feedback.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
