Job summary

This role leads the store’s daily operations, trains and motivates staff, and drives performance across the team.

You will create strong connections with customers, coach associates, and ensure safe, engaging store experiences while upholding brand standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate associates in real time.
• Strong communication and adaptability to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations as scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and improve results.
• Lead opening/closing routines, banking and shipment tasks.
• Set daily shift directions and provide performance feedback.
