Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule with two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Must have working phone for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage work to complete routine duties.
• Provide coaching to team to maximize productivity.
• Operate register, manage tills, and ensure cash controls.
• Maintain safe and orderly work environment and follow safety practices.
• Support hiring processes including phone screens and training.
• Promote customer focus and ensure high-quality service.
• Engage with the community and represent Goodwill in the wider area.
• Coordinate rotation of goods to ensure fresh merchandise flow.
• Assist with training and development of employees to reach potential.
• Ensure adequate store coverage and POS staffing.
• Assist store management with loss prevention actions per policy.
• Complete required reports on time and share insights with leadership.
• Communicate and implement policies to leadership.
• Plan assignments to enhance customer service and asset protection.
