Job summary

The Retail Supervisor at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago will help supervise store and donation center operations, motivate staff, and drive a positive customer experience while supporting merchandising and coaching interactions.

Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining production standards, and overseeing coverage at the register and donations, with a focus on safety and loss prevention. A two-year supervisory background and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule and flexible hours; a minimum of two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Must have working phone that allows for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Motivates the team to ensure customer satisfaction and production standards are met to achieve revenue goals.
• Supports merchandising efforts and coaching engaging customer interactions.
• Oversee adequate coverage at POS and in donations; operate register and maintain cash controls.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and follow safe work practices.
