Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist with store and donation center operations and to motivate the team toward exceptional customer experience and production standards. You will support merchandising, coaching, and ensuring efficient customer flow across registers and donation areas.

The role requires supervisory experience, forklift certification, and a flexible schedule including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule and flexible hours; minimum two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Must have working phone that allows for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of store and donation center operations.
• Motivate the team to meet customer satisfaction and production standards.
• Support merchandising efforts and coaching of customer interactions.
• Act as service experience leader (SEL); operate register and maintain customer flow.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and follow safety practices.
• Oversee that there is adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Assist with hiring process and training as needed.
• Communicate and implement policies and procedures to leadership.
