Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help lead store and donation center operations. You will motivate the team, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences while meeting revenue goals.

The role involves supervising shifts, coordinating merchandise rotation, supporting hiring and training, and maintaining safety and policy compliance. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency are required.
• Forklift certification is required or must be obtained.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must have a working phone for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Maximize value of donated goods and maintain store production standards.
• Rotate goods to ensure a continuous flow of new merchandise.
• Coach and train employees to be productive and customer-focused.
• Assist with hiring; conduct phone screens and training as needed.
• Operate register, manage tills, and ensure cash controls at POS.
• Maintain safe, orderly work environment and safe equipment use.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
• Complete and share required reports with leadership.
