Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Strong supervisory skills with ability to inspire and hold team accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for staff, customers and management.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment by identifying and hiring qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement training on policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching for professional growth.
• Take disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain standards.
• Supervise store operations including inventory, merchandising and customer service.
• Communicate with Store Manager and participate in meetings to discuss performance and improvement.
