Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Strong supervisory skills with ability to inspire and hold team accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver\\'s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Willing to travel to different job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the recruitment process by identifying and hiring qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement training to ensure staff are well-versed in policies and customer service standards.
• Continuously monitor employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to promote growth.
• Take disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain high standards of conduct and performance.
• Supervise and coordinate all store operations to ensure seamless execution of daily activities, including managing inventory, merchandising, sales floor operations, and customer service.
• Ensure that all departments are working collaboratively to achieve business goals, optimize workflow efficiency, and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
• Establish and enforce comprehensive safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Actively monitor potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting, and take proactive measures to mitigate such threats.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, and any challenges that arise.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss store performance, share insights, and collaborate on strategies for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans to address operational issues, ensuring that solutions are effectively executed, and outcomes are monitored for success.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
