Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staff training on policies and customer service.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Discipline when necessary to maintain standards.
• Supervise store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Coordinate departments to achieve goals and improve efficiency.
• Establish and enforce comprehensive safety protocols.
• Monitor security risks and deter theft.
• Communicate store status with the Store Manager.
• Participate in regular performance reviews and meetings.
• Contribute to corrective action plans as needed.
