Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. – a leading destination for creativity – is seeking a Sales Manager for the ATL-Mall of Georgia store in Georgia.

You will lead front-end and service operations, coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experience, and drive omni-channel sales and loyalty program adoption. You will ensure SOP compliance, manage MOD coverage, oversee in-store programs, and develop staff through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching to achieve key KPIs while upholding brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Model and coach exceptional Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to support smooth transactions and customer service.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS and Same Day Delivery) and Loyalty program participation.
