Responsibilities include Manager-on-Duty coverage, overseeing store programs (BOPIS, delivery, loyalty), and coaching teammates toward operational excellence and sales targets. Weekend/evening availability required.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS/Same Day Delivery and loyalty enrollment.
