Michaels Stores in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive customer experience, and manage front-end operations. You will coach teams, ensure SOP compliance, and oversee programs like balloons, loyalty, and protection plans. This role supports omni-channel fulfillment and daily store execution.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence to achieve sales and service KPIs in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and sales execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Drive sales results and customer experience.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee balloons, birthday party operations, and in-store programs.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support custom framing operations where applicable.
