You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of selling behaviors, brand standards, and operational expectations. This role requires 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems; support transactions.
• Oversee Balloons business, birthday party operations, and in-store programs and events.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Champion MCC/Extend services; ensure customer adoption of protection plans.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop; oversee Cut Bar.
• Ensure efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations; coordinate with the frame shop.
• Train, coach, and develop team members via structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices and reducing shrink.
