Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in Saint Cloud, MN to lead a high-performing store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, ensure SOP adherence, and manage front-end/service operations to meet key KPIs and sales goals.

You will oversee programs from Balloons to Knit & Sew Shop, drive omni-channel service (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery), and partner with leadership on staffing, training, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and sales coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties) and events; promote Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
