Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in Superior, CO to lead front-end and service operations, drive sales goals, and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The position requires strong leadership, ability to manage POS and Self-Checkout, and collaboration with Store Manager to achieve store KPIs while maintaining a safe, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations in a store environment.
• Ability to coach customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach selling behaviors and drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Balloon operations and loyalty program enrollment.
• Support protection plans and extended services.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding.
