• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal compliance and standards.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and handle customer support.
• Oversee events and programs (Balloons, loyalty, protection plans, Knit & Sew Shop) and omni-channel service.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills-building across departments.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink and ensure safe operations.
