Michaels Stores in the United States is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and drive sales results with strong customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach the team, and ensure adherence to brand standards and SOPs.

This role requires creating engaging experiences while managing daily store execution. Responsibilities include coaching, MOD coverage, POS optimization, loyalty program enrollment, and omni-channel order

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store in SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, supporting smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloon, Birthday parties) and other events.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service for BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across assigned departments.
