You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and daily execution of selling behaviors.

You will coach and develop team members, provide MOD coverage, manage POS and Self-Checkout, promote Loyalty Rewards, and drive omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to execute SOPs and brand standards.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Delivery).
