You'll coach team members, manage daily store activities, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, compliant environment. This role requires 3+ years of leadership in retail and willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of store policies and standards, maintaining conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across assigned departments.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
• Support Custom Framing operations and other in-store programs.
