Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in Philadelphia, PA to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, manage front-end and service operations, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company programs.

You will also oversee omni-channel services, loyalty programs, and in-store events, while promoting protection plans and extended services. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to drive selling culture and achieve KPIs
• Strong customer-service coaching and leadership skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive selling culture across the store to achieve KPIs.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Oversee balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and select framing operations.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
