Job summary

This role supports omni-channel initiatives such as BOPIS and delivery, reports to store leadership, and promotes a culture of excellent selling behaviors and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policies, store conditions, and results meet standards.
• Coach and develop team members to improve customer experience and sales conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and self-checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
