Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to store staff.
• In the Store Manager's absence, assume full responsibility for store operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Deliver excellent customer shopping experience and maintain service standards.
• Manage POS transactions, discounts, refunds and loyalty processes.
• Oversee inventory controls and physical inventories.
• Oversee merchandising, floor presentation and signage per standards.
• Assist with payroll scheduling and time/attendance compliance.
• Support training and development of direct reports.
• Assist with loss prevention and asset protection.
• Develop understanding of daily store operations.
