Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Wayne, NJ. You will lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations and receiving, and serve as a role model for staff while driving business results.

You will coach and develop a team across departments, ensure policy compliance, asset protection, and strong customer service, and partner with-store leadership on staffing and training to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and customer service excellence.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Manage overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store results through leadership by example.
• Support the Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
