Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee overall store operations in North Bergen, NJ.

You will coach colleagues, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance in a fast-paced off-price retail environment. The role requires a proven leader with experience in store operations, a flexible schedule, and the ability to move freight and manage inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail organization.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations execution and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process, transfers, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, setting leadership example for customers and staff.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and training.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate with District and Regional management teams.
