Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and coach a team of Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors. You will role-model our Core Values and drive efficient, professional service.

You will manage delivery of customer service, oversee receiving, scheduling, and store-wide procedures, and collaborate with District and Regional teams to achieve results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and high service levels.
• Oversee receiving and inventory accuracy; manage transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty and support staffing, training and succession planning.
• Coordinate with District and Regional teams to keep store operations running smoothly.
