Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in New Jersey to lead the store’s customer service and cashier teams while driving efficient store operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and policy adherence to ensure a high level of service and asset protection. As a key member of the store leadership, you will oversee receiving processes, inventory accuracy, and daily SOP execution, while supporting the Store Manager in staffing, training and professional

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in Off Price/Big Box/Medium to large retail.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving adherence to company policies and asset protection.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to ensure smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs; manage receiving process with inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and staff; drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
