Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in our New York area store to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure policy compliance, safeguard assets, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced off-price environment.

You'll mentor a team of cashiers and supervisors, coordinate receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily store operations, while partnering with district leaders on staffing, scheduling, training and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price or multi-unit retail.
• Proven ability to lead teams, train staff, and drive sales results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee the receiving and inventory processes including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to set leadership example and drive store results.
• Assist in staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
