Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager in New Jersey, Garfield. You will lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and safeguarding assets while driving sales and operational excellence.

You will also work with Receiving and Store leadership to optimize inventory, staffing, and service levels in a fast-paced, in-office work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and secure funds
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs
• Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with Inventory accuracy
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive store results
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams
