Job summary

Living Spaces Store is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent store operations and an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes standardized tasks, inventory integrity, and adherence to processes to boost accuracy and sales performance.

You will execute daily Standard Work, handle cash and post-sale activities as Manager on Duty when needed, and support leadership with insights from daily reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution; communicate observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns with effective problem-solving and de-escalation to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill orders for pickup/delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards.
