Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of daily store operations, inventory integrity, and adherence to standards. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, price verification, and timely order fulfillment to support sales performance and customer experience.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 3+ years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs is necessary; Tableau experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOPs through daily execution and communicate observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick-up and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify pricing and signage through audits and correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
