Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent store execution and superior customer experience. You will validate daily Standard Work, handle cash and post‑sale activities, and act as Manager on Duty when required.

The role emphasizes inventory integrity, pricing accuracy, and collaboration with merchandising to maintain brand standards. Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in retail, strong problem‑solving skills, and familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with Tableau or similar operational reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Process cash, complex transactions, and post‑sale orders; act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, cycle counts, and transfers.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets and pricing signage accuracy.
• Provide floor support during peak periods to sustain service quality.
