Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, drive revenue, and uphold T-Mobile brand standards. You will recruit and develop top talent, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will manage staffing, schedules, merchandising, and loss prevention while collaborating with local community marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required with a college degree preferred; 2–3 years of retail management experience is

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to drive revenue and standards of excellence.
• Recruit, retain and develop top talent; manage employee relations.
• Open/close store; manage staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Coach and train sales staff; motivate a winning team.
• Represent the T-Mobile brand; ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
