Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and uphold standards of excellence. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, manage staffing, training, loss prevention and P&L, and recruit top talent.

You will coach a winning sales team, greet customers on the floor, meet performance goals, and participate in local marketing and community events to build a positive company image.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of retail store including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Recruitment, retention and employee development of store staff.
• Motivate, coach and develop a winning sales team on the floor.
