Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and uphold service standards. You will recruit, retain and develop top talent while representing the T-Mobile brand in your community.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail management, a flexible schedule, and strong communication skills. You will coach staff, manage P&L, and ensure engaging merchandising to meet company goals.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full operation of the store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Hire and develop sales staff; lead a winning team to meet goals.
• Motivate and coach employees to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage recruitment, retention, and employee relations to build top talent.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards and drives sales.
