Job summary

Wireless Vision in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and uphold T-Mobile brand standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a winning sales team, manage P&L, inventory, merchandising, and local marketing events.

The role requires 2-3 years of management experience in retail, a flexible schedule, and strong communication skills; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of the store, including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Adjust staffing to meet business needs.
• Lead on the sales floor, coaching staff and driving sales.
• Meet and exceed performance goals.
• Lead recruitment and retain top talent.
• Manage all aspects of retail including hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, P&L and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising complies with brand standards.
• Motivate and develop a winning sales team.
• Act as subject matter expert to customers and provide product recommendations.
• Ensure training on new products and offerings is up-to-date.
• Participate in community events and local marketing to build the brand.
