Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and uphold brand standards. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail leadership, a flexible schedule including nights/weekends, and strong communication. You will manage staffing, loss prevention, merchandising and coaching to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop top talent.
• Demonstrated leadership in sales and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full store operation, including opening/closing, staffing, service levels and cash/inventory.
• Hire, train and coach sales staff to deliver strong performance.
• Motivate and develop a winning sales team on the floor.
• Achieve organizational and individual performance goals.
• Ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards and store policies.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement activities.
