Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and uphold brand standards. You will recruit, train and supervise staff while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage staffing, merchandising, and performance goals, coach employees, and maintain strong community relations. 2–3 years of retail management experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail or similar customer‑facing environment.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Competent in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking and talent management.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of the retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Adjust staffing to meet business needs and drive revenue.
• Lead on the sales floor, coach employees and focus on customer experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals for the store and individuals.
• Deliver strong leadership within company policies and procedures.
• Recruit and hire sales staff to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and is appealing to customers.
• Motivate, coach, develop, and train a winning sales team.
• Respond to customer needs with product recommendations and expert knowledge.
• Represent the company at community events and local marketing initiatives.
