Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, represent the T-Mobile brand, and drive revenue while maintaining high standards of service. You will recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing team on the sales floor and in the community.

You will manage all aspects of store operations, staff scheduling, training on new products, and community engagement to strengthen the local brand.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or another customer-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full store operations including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash handling and inventory.
• Hire and develop sales staff, coach the team, and drive revenue.
• Motivate and lead a winning sales team to meet performance goals.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand standards and delivers strong customer experiences.
