Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Retail Store Manager for our 3rd St & Bell location in Phoenix. You will drive store operations, lead the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants, and manage payroll, expenses, and donor/customer service.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, 1 year of customer service, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and a starting pay of $70,000 annually are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals.
• Monitors inventory and donation flow to meet budgets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Leads and develops Store team members and ensures excellent customer service.
• Partners with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
