Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, production, and team performance. You will oversee donation processing, pricing, and display standards while driving sales and community impact.

The role emphasizes people leadership, budget management, payroll control, and excellent customer service, with opportunities for growth across GCNA stores and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid drivers' license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to help drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Transfers to different stores at any given moment due to business needs.
• Partners with other store locations to allocate donations, Team Members, and leadership to maximize area performance.
